Moon X Limited's Economic Licence MC 14034 covers Educational Services, Holding Company activities, General Trading, and — as of the licence's 11 September 2026 renewal — Consultancy (Project Management Consultancy). General Trading under this licence is conducted for markets outside the United Arab Emirates. Other business lines described on this website — including digital forensics, lawful-enforcement robotics, quantum technologies and AI systems (Moon Technology), and specific trading categories such as commodities — are carried out internationally by the relevant Moon X group company or business line (including Moon Academy and LoongX International Trade), and are not licensed activities of Moon X Limited within the UAE.

Division 01, Holding and Venture Capital, presents two activities: the group's holding and general trading, and Venture Participation — Moon X Limited's own capital participation in advanced-technology startups and ventures, as part of the group's holding company activities. This does not constitute an offer or solicitation of investment services to third parties.

Division 05, Consultancy, is a fee-bearing professional service offered to third-party organisations, licensed directly under Economic Licence MC 14034's Consultancy (Project Management Consultancy) activity.
